Belinda Odhiambo is a Legacy Architect™ and strategic advisor working at the intersection of legacy, leadership, and institutional continuity. She supports senior leaders, families, and institutions to capture, structure, preserve, and institutionalize the wisdom, values, lived experience, and leadership intelligence behind their impact, translating it into enduring frameworks that outlast tenure, titles, and generations.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Belshy Global Solutions Ltd, Belinda serves as Lead Consultant on legacy documentation and institutionalization initiatives spanning community, regional, and global contexts. Her work is grounded in a central conviction: legacy should not simply be remembered; it should be intentionally designed for continuity.
Her approach treats legacy as architecture. Through rigorous research, oral histories, archival inquiry, executive interviews, audio-visual documentation, and institutional analysis, Belinda leads multi-phase processes designed to uncover not only what distinguished leaders and institutions have accomplished, but also the wisdom, decisions, values, relationships, and leadership intelligence behind those accomplishments.
Her work spans narrative, archival, and institutional forms, including biographies and memoirs, documentary productions, leadership archives, Legacy Intelligence™ profiles, institutional continuity frameworks, foundations, and other legacy vehicles designed to preserve and activate knowledge across generations.
Beyond documentation, Belinda supports the institutionalization of legacy, coordinating strategic partnerships, stakeholders, advisors, and institutions to help ensure that legacy structures are governable, sustainable, relevant, and capable of enduring beyond individual leadership tenures.
Her engagements involve working with and alongside ambassadors, distinguished judicial and public-service leaders, international civil society organizations, UN-affiliated professionals, professional associations, global entrepreneurs and investors, families, and C-suite executives who recognize that legacy is not merely a narrative exercise, but a responsibility of leadership and governance.
